Deep Tissue Massage

A massage technique that uses slow, deep pressure to target the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. It's often used to treat chronic pain, injuries, and muscle tension.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a manual therapy technique that involves applying gentle, sustained pressure to the body's fascia (connective tissue) to alleviate pain, improve range of motion, and release tension by addressing restrictions within the fascial network

Sports Massage

A sports massage is a targeted massage that focuses on the muscles used in a specific sport. It can help with muscle pain, recovery, and flexibility

Thai Massage

A form of bodywork that feels like assisted yoga-like stretching with the intention of targeting pressure points in muscles and calming the mind, body, and spirit.

CranioSacral Massage

CranioSacral massage, also known as Craniosacral Therapy (CST), is a gentle, hands-on therapy that uses very light touch to assess and address tensions within the body's connective tissue network, particularly focusing on the bones of the skull and sacrum, with the goal of releasing restrictions and promoting relaxation by influencing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid around the brain and spinal cord

Advanced Stretching

Advanced stretching involves techniques that go beyond basic static stretches by utilizing muscle contractions to deepen the stretch, usually performed with a partner and alternating between contracting and relaxing targeted muscle groups to achieve a greater range of motion.

Neuromuscular Massage

Neuromuscular massage, also known as trigger point therapy, is a specialized massage technique that focuses on identifying and releasing tight muscle knots called trigger points, aiming to alleviate pain by directly targeting the muscles and nervous system through firm, sustained pressure applied to specific areas of tension; it's often used to treat chronic pain issues related to posture and repetitive movements.

This type of massage helps neurological disorders such as cerebral palsy by focusing on manipulating muscles and connective tissues to address spasticity and muscle tightness associated with the condition, aiming to improve range of motion, reduce pain, and enhance overall movement function by targeting specific trigger points within the affected muscles, often utilizing deep pressure techniques to achieve neuromuscular relaxation.
